Orders

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected meals at the listed prices. All orders are subject to availability. Kari's Kitchen reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. Prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees, if any, are stated before checkout.

Pickup and delivery

Orders are available for pickup or delivery on Sundays in the Northwest Metro Atlanta area. Delivery availability depends on your location; check the delivery zone map on the contact page. Kari's Kitchen is not responsible for delays outside of its reasonable control.

Cancellations and changes

Orders can be modified or canceled before the weekly cutoff (Wednesday at 11:59pm). After that cutoff, orders are in production and cannot be changed. Please reach out to hello@kariskitchen.menu if you need assistance.

Dietary and allergen notice

While we accommodate dietary preferences and allergies where possible, all meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Liability

Kari's Kitchen provides freshly prepared meals intended for prompt consumption or proper refrigeration. We are not liable for improper handling or storage after pickup or delivery. Our liability is limited to the cost of the order.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
